At the annual General Assembly of the FEIBP, held on 15 October 2020 Peter Langenegger (Ebnat AG, Switzerland) stepped down as President, having served for three consecutive years.
For the first time in FEIBP history, a representative of the suppliers section of the federation, was welcomed as new President for the next two years.
Andrew McIlroy is well-known and much respected for his commitment to the FEIBP and was already FEIBP board member for many years, representing the suppliers to the brushware manufacturing industry.

The General Assembly is part of the annual FEIBP congress, but the congress had to be postponed due to COVID-19. As an alternative the GA was held online.
With a high attendance the European brushware community was able to exchange views and opinions on the impact of COVID-19 on our businesses. Will the crisis lead to new chances for our European manufacturing and enhance our global competitiveness?
Linked to topics such sustainability and quality issues, also discussed in interactive Working Group meeting on hygiene brushware, personal care, technical brushes and paintbrushes.
We aim at a physical 62nd congress, 22 -25 September 2021 in Prague (Czech Republik).
We do hope to meet many colleagues from Central Europe and expand our membership in this region.
The FEIBP represents 350 companies in the field of brushware manufacturing and their suppliers
