The 65th FEIBP Congress, held from 8–11 October 2025 in Ischia, Italy, brought together the European and international brushware community for four days of reflection, collaboration, and forward-looking dialogue.
Building on the themes of the previous congresses in Belfast and Ibiza, this year’s edition completed the trilogy with a clear and compelling message: “No Federation Is an Island.” The Congress brought this principle to life through meaningful dialogue, interactive sessions, and shared experiences, strengthening both professional and personal connections across the sector. With more than 120 participants from 14 countries, including a significant number of first-time attendees, the Congress showcased the growing diversity and reach of the Federation.
A key highlight was the interactive LEGO® Serious Play® workshop, designed to encourage open thinking, creative collaboration, and shared responsibility for shaping the future of the Federation and the brushware industry at large.
This hands-on approach reinforced the Congress’ core message: progress comes through participation. Delegates were encouraged to share ideas, question assumptions, and collaborate across borders, company sizes, and market segments.
As usual, networking played a key role in the FEIBP Congress experience. Social events, informal gatherings, and team-building activities complemented the formal programme and enabled participants to connect and interact.
The 65th FEIBP Congress in Ischia confirmed that the Federation continues to build momentum, with a renewed sense of energy, a broader international outlook, and a clear sense of purpose. The event highlighted that connection is the industry’s greatest asset—and that, by working together, the brushware community is well positioned to shape a sustainable and innovative future.
FEIBP extends sincere thanks to all delegates, ABMA colleagues, sponsors, and media partners for their invaluable contributions and continued support.
We look forward to welcoming you to the 66th FEIBP Congress, taking place from 22–24 September 2026 in Lyon, France.
